M.E. Sack Engineering

Established in 1980, P.C. Simonton & Associates, Inc., now doing business as M.E. Sack Engineering, is a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering in the municipal and private sectors. Services include planning analysis and design for the following: site selection and development, water and sewer facilities, drainage facilities, roadways and pavement, landscape architecture, traffic engineering (GDOT prequalified consultant), industrial land planning and recruitment, GIS development, limited soils testing, and construction management. Additionally, MESE provides assistance with funding, permitting, and contract administration.
